Register for Learn to Play Program

Learn To Play ( LTP ) sessions are ongoing, and registration is open. Click here to learn more and register.

LTP is a program for younger skaters who are new to the game of hockey. Please email info@westmadisonpolarcaps.com for more information on how to get your child involved in skating and hockey.

Registration will remain open for U6-U14 in house programs

If you skater is cross ice ( U6 ), RWB ( U8 ), or an in house squirt,peewee, or bantam registration will remain open. Please register at your earliest convenience. Link can be found here.

Equipment Fittings and Returns

September 29th and 30th and October 5th we will be at the rink to allow families to return equipment, exchange equipment or check out equipment.

Thursday, September 30th 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Madison Ice Arena

Tuesday, October 5th 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm Madison Ice Arena

 

If you are returning equipment, please wash it before returning. Everything except the helmet can be washed in a normal washing machine using warm (not hot) water and regular laundry soap. Equipment should NOT be put in the dryer. Hang it up or lay it out in front of a fan or ceiling fan and allow to dry completely. Please remove hockey tape names and mouth guards from helmets before returning. 

 

The 2021-22 rentals will be $50 with a $50 deposit. Please bring 2 separate checks, 1 for the rental fee and 1 for the deposit. The deposit check will be returned to you when the equipment is returned. For those families exchanging equipment, we will ask for new checks and you will fill out a new form for the new season. 

 

If anyone has equipment they would like to donate, we would be grateful and we are looking for the following: 

Gloves without holes in small sizes: 8", 9", 10", 12"

Breezers with no rips, tears or holes and all the pads, Youth: all sizes and Jr: small

Shoulder pads with good elastic and velcro,  Youth: all sizes and Jr: small or medium

Elbow pads with good elastic and velcro, Youth: All sizes and Jr. small or medium

Shin guards with good elastic and velcro sizes 8", 9", 10", 11" or 12" 

 

WE DO NOT NEED: Jerseys, socks, equipment that has rips or tears, is broken or missing parts, or is just generally worn out. We also do not need any Intermediate or Senior sized equipment.  Although we appreciate donations, please do not just drop off equipment without looking at it and making sure it fits the descriptions above.
