This process will collect your skater's Jersey Size and number if they are in need of a new jersey and/or socks for the 2024-25 Season. You only need to fill this out if you are a first year Travel player, or you have outgrown or otherwise need a new Jersey and or socks.
During registration you will have chosen the option for Full uniform, Jersey and/or socks and paid the appropriate fee. If you need to adjust what you are ordering for please contact Patrick Quinlan at patrickbquinlan@yahoo.com.
