USA Hockey Requirement

Each player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration session to sign up for the 2022-2023 Regular Season.

Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.

Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.  It takes a few minutes (sometimes even longer) for the USA Hockey database to update, so your confirmation code may not work in our system right away after they issue it.

REGISTRATION TIPS

  • Register one child at a time. Although you can continue and register each of you skaters at the same time, any mistake may require you to start over. Please ensure that you fill out the question regarding your oldest skater so we can determine how to best track your Dibs, since they are per family and not per registration.
  • Get your USA Hockey number ahead of time. Go to USA Hockey registration here. Remember these are for your skaters and not for you.
  • Register all skaters under the same login. If the same parent/guardian in a household can register all skaters, this can simplify communications for you and help us track Dibs (volunteer hours) and other family level items.
  • Learn about SportsEngine's Guardian system here so each parent is kept in the loop. Extended family can use the calendar and team pages to keep an eye on games, etc.
  • If this is the first time registering, remember that a parent/guardian signs up for SportsEngine and not your skater. Each skater will then have a Profile under your account. Failure to do this can create some issues down the road when we go to assign your skater to a team.
